The Clorox Company is supporting the effort to rebuild Greensburg Kansas - a town completely destroyed by one of the worst tornadoes in US history.

Importantly, Greensburg is rebuilding green - to become one of the most environmentally sustainable cities in the country. Greensburg's efforts are an inspiration to Clorox's own journey of environmental sustainability.

So we're lending a hand.

We're donating $500,000 toward rebuilding the K-12 school, which will be built to LEED platinum level sustainability standards.

We're donating Green Works® natural cleaning products to every household in Greensburg and are supporting the landscaping development on the school grounds to help students appreciate the beauty of plants, trees and flowers.

Green Works® is also one of the sponsors of "Greensburg", the 13-part documentary series airing on Discovery Communications new network, Planet Green.
